Moody’s completes PhilRatings acquisition

Moody’s Corp. has completed its acquisition of a 19.99-percent stake in Philippine Rating Services Corp., expanding its regional presence as it sees corporate expansion and infrastructure needs supporting Philippine bond issuance.
