Columbus, United States, October 3, 2026 -- Revitalize You Grows Its Neuroaffirming Therapy Team in Ohio — Chaundra Knight Joins the Practice
Chaundra Knight, LPCC, NPT-C®, is now part of Revitalize You. She specializes in adult ADHD and autism assessment, diagnosis, and neuroaffirming therapy.
Revitalize You, a Columbus-based therapy practice. It offers in-person therapy for neurodivergence in Columbus, East Cincinnati, and telehealth services state-wide throughout Ohio. The company is pleased to announce that Chaundra Knight, LPCC, NPT-C®, has joined the practice. Knight provides adult ADHD and autism assessment, diagnosis, neurodivergent therapy, and trauma therapy for adults.
Her addition expands the practice’s existing therapy services for non-neurotypical couples and individuals. Chaundra’s presence increases access for adults seeking care that understands ADHD, autism spectrum concerns, masking, burnout, trauma, emotional overwhelm, and late-diagnosed neurodivergence.
Many adults seek ADHD or autism assessment after years of feeling misunderstood, misdiagnosed, or worn down by trying to function in settings that were not built for how their brains and nervous systems work. Knight’s formal, science-based, assessment process considers lived experience, masking, cultural context, trauma history, and the ways neurodivergence can look different in adulthood.
“Chaundra brings expert-level clinical training, assessment experience, trauma-informed care, and a neuroaffirming perspective that fits the work we already do at Revitalize You,” said Yvonne Judge, owner of Revitalize You. “Her joining the practice allows us to offer services to more adults who are looking for evidence-based, specialized care rather than generic therapy.”
Knight’s clinical work includes adult ADHD and autism assessment, neuroaffirming counseling, EMDR trauma therapy, nervous system regulation, somatic therapy, parts-informed work, and support for adults navigating autistic burnout, ADHD-related overwhelm, anxiety, trauma, and identity questions after diagnosis.
Neuroaffirming therapy recognizes ADHD and autism as natural forms of human neurological variation. Treatment does not focus on making clients appear more neurotypical. Instead, it helps clients understand their needs, reduce shame, build workable supports, and create lives that fit how they actually function.
Knight offers sessions in person in Columbus and Laurel, Ohio, and virtually for adults throughout Ohio.
