Christian College (JAA CC) Mocs was on an all-time high as they entered their new season, fresh off last year's IJCAA National Championship win. over 200+ fans filled the stands, eager to see if this year's team could replicate the magic, and they were not disappointed. Quarterback Karon Johnson (#8) wasted no time, finding Jamal Bryant (#5) early in the game for a 30-yard touchdown. Wide receiver Nate Rembert made his way to local HBCU Edward Waters University, offensive lineman Gabriel Hecht joined Highlands University in New Mexico, and linebacker Johnny Davis signed with William Penn University. Their success serves as inspiration for the current roster, many of whom have ambitions of playing at higher levels.
The Mocs will be taking their talents on the road for their next match against Gordon State College in Georgia on September 16th.
