The DHCS licensed outpatient and intensive outpatient substance use disorder treatment facility, located at 1002 Live Oak Blvd. Suite A Yuba City, CA, will provide evidence-based and clinically effective treatment for individuals with substance use disorder and co-occurring mental health conditions.
