The newly launched audiobook is designed to transport listeners back in time to the setting of rural Montana in A Faithful Bride For The Wounded Sheriff – Bear Creek Brides 2. The love story, which has been well received and rated on Amazon and Goodreads, centres on Sheriff Jacob Bennings and Rosa Carey.
Set in a small town in Montana, the Sheriff is lonely and hopes to find love and ultimately become a father. After suffering an accident and breaking his arm, the Sheriff worries his poor penmanship will stop the Boston-based maid from visiting him.
But, as in all good romance novels, Rosa is still interested in meeting the Sheriff and is encouraged by her mistress. Rose’s ambitions are held back by her anxiety, but she decides to travel west to meet the mysterious Sheriff.
The captivating tale is set at a time when ruthless bandits ruled rural towns and settlements. The Sheriff worries his injured arm will leave him unable to protect and defend his love interest, Rosa.
The audiobook is ideally suited to those interested in historical western romance novels, or those with an interest in reading about developing relationships, devoted couples, rugged landscapes, and heart-stopping endings.
